Governance
Kolping India follows a transparent & democratic organisation structure. The Kolping Families govern the regional Kolping programs through their elected representatives. Similarly the elected representatives from the regions elect the National Board members. Kolping India is guided by the democratically elected board members with the National Director who is the executive of the organisation.
Kolping India National Board comprise of 15 members elected among the members of Kolping Society for tenure of 5 years. The election to National Board is conducted in a transparent manner giving opportunity to every member of Kolping society to contest a democratic election starting from the field level among Kolping families, Kolping Federations and finally for the National Board.
